Jeans worked as an Office Manager for an accounting firm for several years after college. She realized the accounting world was not the best fit and she decided to leap into the non-profit world. Her degree is in Communication with a minor in Leadership Studies - making her a great addition to our team. Communication makes the world go 'round! She is passionate about making Trailhead the model for neuro-inclusive housing and building a community that supports one another’s ability to thrive.
