With residents now on-site, Trailhead has entered a new phase focused on daily life, connection, and support. Shared amenities—including community gathering spaces, fitness and hobby areas, and resident-led programming—are active alongside 24/7 concierge services and building management as the community continues to take shape.
Trailhead Community has officially transitioned from construction to lived experience. Residents are now moving into their homes, marking an important milestone as the vision for an inclusive, integrated community becomes reality. As people settle in, shared spaces are coming to life and early connections are forming—highlighting the power of thoughtful design, accessibility, and intentional community-building.
