Some residents may independently receive waiver-funded services or other supports through outside providers. Those arrangements are separate from Trailhead, and residents are responsible for coordinating their own services and determining how their individual benefits may be used.
Yes. A Trailhead home may be purchased even if the owner does not plan to live there right away. This can allow families to secure a future home for a loved one who may not yet be ready to live independently, or provide an opportunity for someone to purchase a home philanthropically and make it available to another resident.
